Delinea, a provider of privileged access management (PAM) solutions for seamless security, announced the appointment of Mohammad Ismail as its new Middle East Regional Director. Ismail will lead Delinea’s regional sales and channel teams in his new role to further strengthen the company’s positioning and increase market share.
The company announced strong results for Q1 2022 at the end of May, with an increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR) of more than 35% and over 340 new logos added during the quarter. The results demonstrate Delinea’s ability to carry out its mission and respond quickly to changing customer needs as they progress through their digital transformation journeys.

Ismail has over 22 years of experience in the US, Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia as a business leader with significant expertise in growing market shares for IT companies with international footprints and global outreach. Prior to joining Delinea, he was Vice President of Sales at Shifra, where he was instrumental in accelerating the company’s growth. Ismail began his career with global technology companies such as Nortel Networks, Schlumberger, Check Point, and Utimaco. He also led Gemalto’s Identity & Access Management business across the META.
