Snap Inc. hosted a first-in-the-region fashion and beauty Augmented Reality (AR) event, unveiling their shopping and fashion technology features while also showcasing the app’s various tools that can elevate the consumer journey. Snap, a pioneer in augmented reality try-on technology, unlocked a world of previously unimaginable creative possibilities, assisting in making the fashion and beauty industries more personal, accessible, and convenient.

C-suite clients, members of the press, content partners, and influencers attended the event on Alserkal Avenue. Attendees had the opportunity to learn about the power of augmented reality in revolutionizing the fashion and beauty industries, as well as how it is changing the way consumers shop, browse products, and engage in immersive try-on experiences.

Guests could try out a brand-new experience with 2D try-on standing mirrors and play dress-up without changing their clothes. They were able to access a lens that completely transformed their look with one touch by simply scanning the Snapcodes on the mirrors.
