Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Riyadh Air, Saudi Arabia’s highly anticipated airline, has announced its partnership with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite to revolutionize its core business operations. Following a rigorous selection process, Riyadh Air has opted for Oracle’s cutting-edge technology to streamline finance, supply chain, and human capital management processes. This strategic move aims to establish Riyadh Air as a pioneering digitally native airline, equipped with embedded AI capabilities to enhance operational agility and foster a workforce ready for the digital age.

Tech Mahindra has been selected as the implementation partner for this transformative initiative. With Tech Mahindra’s expertise, Riyadh Air is poised to build a robust, scalable, and secure digital infrastructure, empowering data-driven decision-making, optimizing costs, boosting employee engagement, and streamlining procurement procedures.

Adam Boukadida, Chief Financial Officer at Riyadh Air, emphasized the airline’s commitment to redefining air travel through innovation and technology. He highlighted the importance of collaborating with industry-leading experts to deliver a seamless digital-first experience to passengers.

Since its launch in March 2023, Riyadh Air has forged strategic partnerships with technology and engineering giants such as Lufthansa Systems, IBM Consulting, Accenture, Swiss AS, CAE, and Microsoft. These collaborations underscore Riyadh Air’s dedication to setting new benchmarks in aviation sustainability and innovation.

Reham AlMusa, Vice President of Cloud Applications at Oracle Saudi Arabia, hailed Riyadh Air as a testament to Saudi Arabia’s ambition and global vision. She emphasized the pivotal role Riyadh Air will play in realizing Saudi Arabia’s aviation goals for 2030 and praised the airline’s adoption of Oracle Fusion Applications as a catalyst for rapid growth and unparalleled customer experiences.

Under this initiative, Riyadh Air will deploy Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM), and Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) solutions. This integrated platform will enable Riyadh Air to leverage the power of the cloud, break down organizational silos, standardize processes, and drive continuous innovation.
