Mustek and Samsung partner to launch unique experience centre in Midrand

Samsung has partnered with Mustek, an ICT distributor, to open the Mustek-Samsung Experience Centre at Mustek’s Midrand headquarters, showcasing Samsung’s innovative multi-product solutions. 

Bumsuk Hong, President and CEO of Samsung South Africa, and Hein Engelbrecht, CEO of Mustek, officially unveiled the Experience Centre to a group of clients, officials from both companies, and members of the media.

When the Mustek – Samsung Experience Center first opened, there was a display of some of the most innovative products that Samsung has to offer, such as Smart Signage, The Flip Pro, Hospitality TV, Lifestyle TV, Freestyle the latest Galaxy devices, the Z Flip4 and Z Fold4, S8 Tablet Series, Wearables, HRM, Smart & Gaming Monitors, and more.

As an electronics distributor, Mustek headquarters is a prime location for its many clients to get exposed to the great Samsung products that can help enhance their respective businesses and their customers’ lives. Mustek Samsung Business Lead, Kirk Toweel, said the centre had been in planning for last 18 months and that it has come to fruition and this is a shared vision and commitment between the two companies. “This is the biggest experience centre we have in the company, and it is quite fitting as it’s made possible by a premium vendor in Samsung and the number one distributor in Mustek. We are humbled about this collaboration and excited about what the centre is going to bring for all concerned, this opens the ever-evolving landscape to the B2B Channel. I believe in the Premium Partnership of the Vendor, Distributor and the Mustek Reseller which forms our Premium Tripod,” said Toweel.

The center’s opening aligns with one of Samsung’s core values and largest missions: to create and improve consumer experiences anywhere and everywhere. It is another step forward in the expansion of Samsung’s Business to Business (B2B) engagement.
